Local Capacity Building

City governments and their residents must plan for Federal budget cuts today, so we have a stronger negotiating position against the Trump administration tomorrow. This creates great impetus for city governments around the USA to not only adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance while decreasing costs, but also collaborate more deeply with each other to aggregate demand for the products and services cities need to operate more effectively.
